In the meantime, here is a plain-English summary of what we do with the information you share through this site.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, company, job title, subject, project type, estimated budget, and message you provide. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site traffic — page views, referrers, device class — and Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised session replays and heatmaps so we can identify usability issues. Clarity automatically masks form fields and personal text by default. Neither GA4 nor Clarity receives any contact-form values. We do not run advertising or remarketing trackers.
Submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up on the engagement you described. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are stored in our internal Notion workspace, accessible only to QueuesHub team members involved in handling your enquiry. Communications are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping.
