Move to the CloudWithout Disrupting the Business.

Cloud migration is not a lift-and-shift exercise — it is a structured program that requires a clear inventory, a risk-assessed migration plan, a tested cutover procedure, and a validated post-migration environment. We manage the full migration lifecycle for workloads moving to GCP, with the discipline and documentation that complex migrations require.

/What we do

Move to the Cloud Without Disrupting the Business.

Cloud Migration is a Program, Not a Project

Organizations often underestimate the complexity of cloud migration because the visible part — moving servers — is straightforward. The invisible part — dependency mapping, data integrity validation, application reconfiguration, network cutover, rollback planning — is where migrations fail.

We approach cloud migration as a structured program with defined phases, gates, and exit criteria. Nothing moves to production until it has been validated in a non-production environment that mirrors the migration path. Every cutover has a rollback plan. Every database migration includes data integrity verification.

Migration Strategies We Support

Lift-and-Shift (Rehost)

Move workloads to GCP with minimal changes — fastest path to cloud, lowest initial risk. Appropriate for workloads where cloud-native optimization is not the immediate priority.

Re-platform

Move to GCP while making targeted optimizations — for example, migrating a self-managed database to Cloud SQL, or moving a containerized application to Cloud Run instead of provisioning new VMs.

Re-architect

Redesign the application to take full advantage of GCP's managed services and cloud-native patterns. More work upfront, but delivers the largest long-term operational and cost benefits.

What We Deliver in a Migration Engagement

Migration readiness assessment, application and dependency inventory, migration sequence plan, non-production environment setup and validation, data migration using GCP's Database Migration Service or custom pipelines, cutover procedure documentation, post-migration validation testing, and a stabilization period with support before formal handover.

Capabilities
  • Migration readiness assessment and workload inventory
  • Dependency and network topology mapping
  • Migration strategy selection: rehost, re-platform, re-architect
  • Non-production environment setup for migration validation
  • VM and container workload migration to GCP
  • Database migration using GCP Database Migration Service
  • Data transfer and integrity validation
  • Cutover planning with documented rollback procedures
  • Post-migration performance validation and optimization
  • DNS and network cutover management
